Jawa
This was one of the costumes that prompted us to go down this path back in 1999. We first started by researching and creating the jawa blasters using original WWII era Indonesian made Enfield rifles, complete with original grenade launcher cups. It was interesting to find out that this modification was commonly used in armored vehicles and potentially wasn’t modified like this during the production of the film.
