Biker Scout
In 2005 we embarked on creating this costume from scratch. This was prior to the now widespread use of 3D modeling and printing methods so we utilized traditional methods by sculpting some master forms in clay and hand fabricating other forms with wood, metal, and resin. We were actually the folks who discovered several of the model pieces that the original artists applied to the costume. With that said we did 3D model and print one of the detail parts (or “greeblies”) circa 2012 because we were unable to identify the actual model piece.
